up a youth leader of the
RJD for allegedly trying
to intimidate them and
loot the booths during
the fourth phase of
panchayat poll at Siwan
(
Bihar
).

with the name of the
controversial RJD MP
Mohammad Shahabuddin
facing 35 criminal
cases.
