persons
where plots
would be
allotted
through draw
of lots.

acknowledging

“loopholes
and
leakages” in
National
Rural
Employment
Guarantee
Programme,
the UPA
flagship
programme
that
guarantees
employment
for the
rural poor,
called for
putting in
place an
“evaluation
mechanism”
and
involving
legal aid
cells to
create
awareness
among the
people to
make it a
success.
